Sculpt Classes


This class includes strength training and core exercises all mixed into one complete workout. It is a great way to get the most out of your trip into the fitness center. Give this 1 hour workout at try!

Ab Attack Classes


This class is all about the abs and core! Flatten, strengthen and work toward the athletic v-shape with exercises that are focused between the torso and hips.

Hoop fitness Classes


Wanna have some fun? Try a hoop fitness class and fun is just the beginning. It’s a great workout that challenges the abs, core, hips and torso. You’ll even get some of that heart-pumping cardio activity.

Zumba Classes


Join the latest fitness craze. Zumba® is a fusion of Latin and international music that creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness experience.

Yoga Classes


A mind-body connection class that takes you through a series of yoga poses and breathing techniques to increase flexibility, improve balance and release the mind and body of stress.

Sweat Shoppe Class


Work up a sweat while alternating between strength and cardio exercises in H.I.I.T. (high intensity interval training) method of exercise. It’s an all over workout and when you’re done, you’re done and you’ll be satisfied that you had a successful workout.

TRX Classes


TRX® stands for “Total-Body Resistance Exercise,” best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and you body-weight to perform hundreds of exercises. and you better believe it will work your entire body. You;re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

Pilates Class


Mat Pilates classes are taught in the group fitness room using a mat and other equipment to strength and lengthen muscles, improve posture, improve balance and tighten the core of the body.

Strength Training Class


This class uses dumbbells and resistance bands along with other strength training modalities to give you a complete head to toe workout. All levels are welcome as modifications to each exercise are provided.
